What age are QPlay products suitable for?
Our products are designed for children from 0 months to 6 years old,
depending on the model. Each product page includes detailed age and
weight recommendations.
Are QPlay tricycles and strollers safe for my child?
Yes, all QPlay products meet international safety standards (ASTM, EN,
and others depending on the market). They include safety harnesses,
stable frames, and non-toxic materials to ensure maximum safety.
How long does shipping take within the USA?
Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. Express options are
also available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused products within 14 days of delivery in their original
packaging for a full refund. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page
for details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $199 across the continental USA.
Do QPlay products require assembly?
Some products require light assembly, but they come with easy-to-follow
instructions, tools and QR codes outside of the box with videos of how to
assemble them.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all QPlay products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering
manufacturing defects.
Can I buy replacement parts or accessories?
Absolutely. We stock spare parts and accessories for most models.
